Cave
In 2023 our Eco Improv Group moved towards a more modern science. We explored not just an ecological theme, but GEOecological.
Geoecology is an interdisciplinary science that integrates the geosciences with the life sciences.
Our particular interest was in the caves, their formation, and their world.
We all know that many million years ago big parts of our planet were the bottom of an ancient ocean. Gradually, due to geological developments the bottom of the ocean was rising, becoming dry land.
So, the mountains appeared and within the mountains natural voids called caves. Some caves are many kilometres long. Scientists called speleologists study these formations and unveil many mysteries, until now unknown.
